Hello there. You may be wondering what I’ve been up to, so I thought I’d tell you…
The British Ceramics Biennial in Stoke-On-Trent opens next Friday (invite only) and Saturday 3rd for 60 days. My Guerilla Ceramics Project - Graffiti*d - is part of the festival, and the new dinner ware prototypes I’ve produced from the installation piece will be on view for the first time. Alongside this will be a display of the objects and patterns gleaned from various locations in Stoke that contributed towards the final pieces, telling the story of the development of the work.

The Biennial is a fantastic project, with so many things going on across Stoke you may be hard pushed to see everything!! There’s an incredible show from Jaime Hayon at Emma Bridgewater, alongside the work from exciting new graduates in Fresh. Steve Dixon’s intricate floral projects and Neil Brownsword’s Marl Hole project will be on show as well as Robert Dawson’s project. So much to see, so - much time - it’s on for 2 months, so get down to see it!!
After that my work is in Non-Object-ive - part of the 3rd International Festival of Design in Łódź, Polska, and then it’s off to the Harley Gallery with some of my cut and decorated plates, followed by some more cut work going off to Transformations in Flow Gallery…
